The Casa24 guide.

The refund can be done in three cases:
  1. Failure to Deliver the items ordered;
  2. Partial delivery of the items ordered;
  3. Restitution of the goods (return).

"Failure to Deliver" indicates that it was not possible to give the order to the courier for the home delivery, for example, due to sudden unavailability of the ordered items or other unforeseen eventualities.

Refunds shall not be required for a home delivery by the courier not occurred due to of incorrect information provided by the customer, such as shipping address that does not exist or telephone number not active until the return of the ordered goods at the headquarters of Casa24.

"Partial Delivery" means that due to unforeseen reasons it was not possible to deliver to the carrier for shipment all items included in the order, but only a part of them.

The customer will be entitled to a refund if Casa24 will not be able to deliver the remaining items in subsequent shipments within 30 days from the original order date. In this case the customer will be refunded for an amount equal to the difference between the amount paid and the price at time of order of the undelivered goods.

If the "Partial Delivery" also prevents the to take advantage of the goods that have been delivered, the customer is entitled to full refund after returning the items received.

For "Return" or "Restitution of the goods" means the possibility for the customer to return the items received. See the section "Returns" for more information.


In case of refund on credit card, Casa24 will give the commission to the bank to proceed to the payment on your credit card or debit card used for the order.

The banking procedure of reimbursement could take anywhere from 1 to 10 days, after which, the time required to display the amount on your account will depend on the institution that issued the card.


In case of refund on account "PayPal" we shall make a deposit equal to the amount in the account "PayPal" used for purchase.

Refund will be displayed in your account "PayPal" within the next 24 hours.


To make this type of reimbursement we will request to our bank to procedd to the payment to the account you specified in the Return Form.

The time required for the actual availability of the amount on your account varies from 1 to 10 days.

The data needed to apply for a refund on bank account are:

  1. the exact name of the account holder,
  2. the IBAN (International Bank Account Number).

Ask for this information to your bank or retrieve them from a bank statement if you're not in the possession or you are not sure.
