The Casa24 guide.


  1. You can return a product purchased on Casa24 within 10 working days following the date of delivery.
  2. Products must be in the same condition in which they have been delivered.
  3. The products must be packed in the original packaging or in a new packaging of equivalent robustness.
  4. The shipping costs for returning the goods if the right of withdrawal is exercised shall be borne by the Customer, in accordance with Italian law, Art. 67, paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree nr. 206 of 06 September 2005.

  1. Download the form for returns authorization. This form is necessary to request a return, a refund or a replacement under warranty and allows our staff to open and manage your request. Please, fill out the form clearly and send it to our sales department at the address listed on the form itself. After receiving your form, Casa24 will send you a confirmation email. Once you have received the confirmation email, you can proceed with the shipment.

  2. Make sure you have the order number. You'll find it in email communication between you and Casa24 or in your area "My Casa24".
  3. Prepare the package for shipment. Use the label that you found in the packaging and paste it over the existing label to cover all the information relating to the previous shipment.
  4. Contact the carrier that made the delivery to schedule your pickup at your home or a location of your choice. For customs reasons the withdrawal must take place in the same country in which the goods were delivered.
  5. When Returns will be accepted in our warehouses you will receive a confirmation email when your return meets all the requirements and conditions outlined above. If you are a registered user you can check the status of your return and of the relative refund in your area "My Casa24".


You have already received the confirmation email with authorization to return but can not find the return label?

  1. Contact by telephone carrier that made the delivery (UPS, Bartolini, TNT, ...) to arrange a date and a place for pickup. The telephone numbers of the courier companies differ from country to country and are available in the pages of their respective websites.
